About this program

Reactive dog training

Reactivity is common, and it is rarely about a “bad dog.” It is usually a mix of fear, frustration, excitement, or unclear communication that has become a habit.

We identify your dog’s triggers, work at distances your dog can handle, and give you the handling skills to guide them through the situations that used to fall apart.

A good fit for: Owners navigating reactivity, fear, or challenging behavior who want a structured, honest plan.

Reactive dog training questions

Let’s make your next step clear.

Can reactivity be fixed?

Many dogs make significant, lasting progress. Every dog is different, so we’ll give you an honest assessment and realistic goals after learning about your dog.

Is my dog aggressive or reactive?

The two can look similar. An assessment helps us understand what is driving the behavior and which approach is appropriate and safe.

Will training happen around other dogs?

Yes, gradually. We introduce triggers at distances your dog can handle and increase difficulty only as your dog is ready.

A calmer dog. A more confident you.

Let’s build a better relationship with your dog, one step at a time.
