Local life. Real-world training.

More confidence.
Around your own neighborhood.

Orlando is a city of walkers. Between the Lake Eola loop, tree-lined streets in Colonialtown and Audubon Park, and the paths around Lake Baldwin, Orlando dogs spend a lot of time around crowds, cyclists, patios, and other dogs.

All American K9 is veteran-owned and based in Orlando. We help owners build calm, dependable behavior where it matters: elevators and lobbies, sidewalks and parks, the front door, and your own living room. Choose in-home sessions, real-world practice, or an immersive board & train program.

What makes training
in Orlando different.

Heat and storm season

Orlando summers bring hot pavement and daily afternoon thunderstorms. We plan sessions around cooler parts of the day, and we help dogs who panic at thunder settle into a calmer routine.

Condo and apartment living

Shared hallways, elevators, and balconies create their own challenges. Training can focus on quiet door behavior, calm greetings, and a dog who settles when you are on a call.

Parks and public spaces

City of Orlando park rules do not allow pets on benches, picnic tables, or fountains, and pets may not enter city lakes unless swimming is posted as authorized. A dog who listens makes every park visit easier.

Vaccination and licensing

Rabies vaccination is required by the State of Florida. Orange County dog parks require dogs to display current license tags. Contact Orange County Animal Services at (407) 836-3111 to confirm current requirements.

Orlando training questions

Let’s make your next step clear.

Which parts of Orlando do you serve?

We train across Orlando, including downtown and Lake Eola, Colonialtown, Audubon Park, Mills 50, and Baldwin Park, plus the surrounding communities on our service areas page. We confirm availability for your address during your consultation.

Do you offer in-home training in Orlando?

Yes. In-home sessions address the behaviors that matter where you live, such as door manners, jumping, barking, and household routines. We will confirm availability and the best setting for your dog during your consultation.

I live in a downtown condo. Can training help?

Yes. We work on calm elevator and lobby behavior, quiet door manners, polite passing in hallways, and settling at home. Real-world practice around downtown foot traffic helps the skills carry over.

My dog pulls or reacts on busy walks. Can you help?

Yes. Reactive dog training and leash work are core programs. We build a personalized plan for pulling, barking, and lunging, with gradual practice around the distractions your dog actually encounters.

Is my dog ready for the dog park?

We can assess your dog and build reliable recall, calm greetings, and focus first, so off-leash visits are safer and more enjoyable for everyone.

Is board & train available for Orlando residents?

Yes. Orlando families can discuss board & train options with All American K9. We will explain suitability, program details, and how owner guidance supports the transition home.

Does training work in Florida heat?

Yes. We plan sessions around the cooler parts of the day, watch for hot pavement, and adapt activity to weather. Indoor and in-home practice keeps progress steady during storm season.
